The Project: To create a brand identity to position this high-end Marylebone development as a rare opportunity for buyers, and to raise the profile of the development and the Marylebone area
The Idea: “One of One” highlighting the one-off opportunity to buy in this premium development in a one-off location
The Execution: The brand and style was firmly routed in the heritage of the area, using powerful imagery to sell the location and associated lifestyle of being a resident at the Chilterns. 44 unique commissioned photos from David Bailey, a “one of one” photographer. One of which was hung in each apartment so that buyers would also be the owner of their own limited edition of ”one of one” prints
